Our Street and Hip Hop Vernacular Dance courses focuses on developing technical and artistic skills across styles like Breaking, Popping, Locking, House, and Hip-Hop Foundations. Through industry-led projects and performances, students refine their craft to a professional standard, preparing for careers in dance, choreography, directing, and teaching while nurturing their creative identity.

FDA Street & Hip Hop Vernacular dance

This course provides an eclectic mix of styles and techniques including Breaking, Popping, Locking, House, Whacking, Voguing and Hip-Hop Foundations, underpinned by core techniques. Through a range of industry led projects and performance opportunities you will acquire and refine the essential skills to an advance and professional standard to ensure you are prepared for employment whilst continuing to nurture your creative identity and practice.

BA (Hons) Top-Up Street Dance Artistry & Hip Hop Theatre

Our intensive final year BA (Hons) Street Dance Artistry and Hip Hop Theatre course offers you the opportunity to build on your existing dance-related foundation degree or HND. It provides an eclectic mix of styles and techniques, Breaking, Popping, Locking, House, Whacking, Voguing and Hip-Hop Foundations, underpinned by core techniques.
